Changes to the underlying JPMorgan funds

We have been notified by JPMorgan Funds (the “Company”) of changes to the underlying funds into which the following Friends Provident International funds invest:

J32 JPMorgan Pacific Securities
J34 JPMorgan Eastern
J95 JPMorgan Pacific Technology
P66 JPMorgan Eastern Smaller Companies

The Company has advised that the underlying funds may invest in Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively the “China Connect”), which is effective from 12 December 2016.

All other details of the underlying funds and the Friends Provident International funds remain unchanged.
