We have been notified by Henderson Horizon Fund (“the Company”) that with effect from 02 May 2017, there is a change of investment manager to the underlying funds of P61 Henderson Horizon Asia-Pacific Property Equities & R98/R205 Henderson Horizon China.
The Company states:
“Henderson Management S.A., being the Management Company as well as Investment Advisor, has further delegated the provision of all investment management discretion in respect of the Funds to Henderson Global Investors Limited (“HGIL”), the Investment Manager.”
There are no other changes to the underlying funds or the above named mirror funds.
